Thank you for choosing Filippa's to host your special event. We are here to provide you with the ultimate satisfaction in food, service, and atmosphere. Our expert staff is dedicated to helping you plan you event, from decorations and menu selections to creating the perfect ambience for your guests.

Filippa's is also available to cater off premise functions, such as weddings, graduations, family reunions or any type of gathering you have.  We can provide you with staff, beverages and helpful hints, or you may only need a delivery or pick up.  We look forward to working with you.

POLICIES
There is a $250.00 deposit due at the time of booking all parties over 17 guests.(Fully refundable up to 30 days prior to a function).  This reserves your room for up to 4 hours.  There is a $75.00 room charge for the main banquet room.  The "Backroom" has a $50.00 room charge. In arranging parties, a menu selection and final count is required 2 weeks prior to the function.  You will be charged for you actual attendance if not less than 10% of you final count.  Due to market conditions, prices are subject to change.  Filippa's reserves the right to change your function to a smaller room if your group reduces dramatically in size. (No discounts or coupons allowed on any contracted party)

MINIMUMS

Thanksgiving through Mother's Day the "Banquet Room" has a $3000.00 food and beverage minimum for Friday and Saturday nights only and a $500.00 minimum for Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Thanksgiving through Mother's Day the "Cellar Room" has a $1000.00 food and beverage minimum for Friday and Saturday nights only.  A $250 deposit will be taken at the time of booking and the balance of the minimum will be due 30 days prior to the event. 

SERVICE STAFF FEE'S & GRATUITY
On all banquets a service staff fee of $80 per server (lunch) and $95 per server (dinner) will be charged, or an 18% gratuity whichever is greater.

LINENS
Table cloths and napkins are included in the room rental fee for the "Banquet Room" and the "Backroom".  Table cloths are available for $3.00 in the other "Banquet Areas" in the restaurant.  Colored napkins are available to order at $.50 a piece.  Chair covers are also available at $4.00 a piece.

DESSERTS & DECORATIONS
We ask that all food and beverage, with the exception of decorated special occasion cakes, must be supplied by Filippa's Wine Barrel.  Please refrain from tacking or taping any items to the walls or mirrors, and NO CONFETTI to be spread out on the tables.

BAR SERVICE
You can have an open, cash or limited bar. The charge is priced per drink ordered. Open bar parties will receive a $1.00 discount off every entree.
